About Me

Thank you for visiting my page! My name is Megan, a project professional based in Hockessin, DE, and I have a passion for creating order out of chaos. 

With two decades of experience in corporate environments, my mission is to leverage my skills to positively impact my community. I hold a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, am trained in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and have earned a Master of Business Administration, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. My background encompasses process engineering, manufacturing, and project management. 

I’ve successfully managed projects such as transforming office space into cleanrooms, managing the design of innovative products, introducing them to the market, improving processes to enhance yield, implementing cost reductions, and maintaining the efficiency of existing products and processes. On a personal level, I've tackled various projects including everyday household tasks, home improvements, and navigating multiple cross-country relocations.
