I am Megan, a business and project professional based in Hockessin, DE. I own MMB Project Consulting and I help people who have a lot on their plate get organized and finally make progress on the things that matter most. Sometimes that looks like helping a business fix inefficient processes, manage a project, reduce costs, or launch something new. Other times it’s helping busy professionals manage personal projects or life logistics that keep getting pushed aside. I’ve spent 20 years solving problems, organizing moving parts, and helping people feel less overwhelmed. My style is practical, supportive, and realistic. I work with what you already have instead of telling you to reinvent everything. So if you or someone you know feels stretched thin and needs a calm, capable person to help get things moving, that’s exactly what I do.

I hold a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, am trained in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and have earned a Master of Business Administration, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. My background encompasses process engineering, manufacturing, and project management. For over two decades, I worked in fortune 500 companies, start ups, and everything in between. Many of my years were spent in pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Outside of the STEM industry, I also have experience in the consumer goods, capital equipment, and service industries.
